The gold shield is a badge. Rank only counts how you played.Does Pro change how I rank?No. Rank counts season points, rarity and OVR, the same for everyone. The gold shield is decoration.
Are free seeds a Pro feature?No. Anyone can type a seed, play it and appear on that seed's board. Pro adds the room around a seed: a name, a short link, a page of its own, plus kept seeds and CSV export of a seed's board.
Can I cancel?Any time, from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plan or get a refund?Monthly can upgrade to yearly at any time: the unused part of the month is credited against the first yearly invoice and you pay the difference. Yearly can't move to monthly inside a paid period; cancel and it runs to the end. Started periods aren't refunded, and ad-free forever is final. Billing mistakes on our side are always refunded: email support@vecinsight.com.
Is tax included?In the US, sales tax is added at checkout where your state charges it. In the UK and EU, the price you see at checkout includes VAT.
Who handles my card?Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link all work.
Is there anything for Dota 2 heroes or teams in Pro?No. Pro sells nothing about heroes, teams or players. Only quiet, a badge, themes and your own history.
